Greg Jack, Director
Greg joined BCforward in 2009 and serves as Director at Stafforward where he is responsible for the overall performance of the organization. Greg has more than 13 years of experience in the staffing industry, with a background in business development, operations management and human resources. Previously, Greg was Vice President of Operations at Product Action where he worked for more than 12 years developing strategic workforce solutions in the manufacturing, medical and military markets. As a partner with Fortune 500 companies, Greg served as an advisor on outsourcing solutions to executives at companies like GM, Chrysler and Honda. He was also responsible for the day-to-day operation of more than 25 offices across the US, Canada and Mexico, developing over 100 million in revenue.
Gina Serf, Business Development
Gina joined the Stafforward team in the summer of 2010 after 14 consecutive years serving Indianapolis companies as a staffing partner. Gina’s focus is to continue developing and building solid business relationships by providing value-added services. Her understanding of our industry and the challenges inherent to the employment process make her invaluable to our clients. Her positive and energetic attitude continues to provide clients with an innovative approach to their staffing needs. Gina’s focus on teamwork and communication has enabled her to attain new and unique solutions for client challenges. Commitment to the continued growth of our Indianapolis and national clients is a driving force for Gina. By utilizing key resources, including IndySHRM and National Minority Supplier Development Council Annual Conference, she works to foster a network of trusting and loyal relationships. Gina earned a bachelor of science from Indiana University. In her free time Gina enjoys volunteering, working out, attending concerts or any sporting event and spending time with family and friends.
Tim Bowyer, Business Development
Tim recently joined the Stafforward team in January 2012 as a business development manager after more than 6 years in the staffing industry. He has worked in sales during most of his staffing career but also served as a branch manager before coming to Stafforward. Tim focuses on high-volume, light industrial accounts, and his overall goal is to gain a lasting partnership with his clients by helping them maintain high levels of profitability and efficiency through placing and retaining the best candidates. Tim attended IUPUI for business management.
Angela Truss, Recruiter
Angela moved from St. Louis to Indianapolis in 2008 and started her career in the staffing industry. In the past 4 years, Angela has gained experience in national and local accounts. She has also acted as an onsite manager as part of a managed service program. Angela thrives in exceeding customer expectations and understands there are two key components for success in this industry: excellent candidates and strong client service. Angela is energized and excited to be a part of the growing Stafforward team! She graduated from Indiana State University in 2007 with a bachelor’s degree in communications. While at ISU, Angela was active in Sigma Kappa and spent 4 years heavily involved in the recruitment and retention of its members.
Amy Crooks, Recruiter
Amy joined Stafforward in October 2011 after receiving a bachelor of science in elementary education from Purdue University. She has worked as a wedding consultant at David’s Bridal and as Assistant Club Manager at Newtone Health and Fitness. Amy’s natural energy and enthusiasm are contagious with candidates and customers alike. She previously supported mostly large-scale, national account recruiting and has recently shifted focus to more local accounts.
